Classes/Activities

You may view scheduled classes and activities here. If we have samples from the instructors of what will be taught in the class we also have them displayed here. You may also register for any of the classes from this page.

Each class participant should have a 'basic class kit' which consists of: a cutting knife; clear metal-edged ruler; cutting mat; scissors; personal paper trimmer; double sided tape or glue stick; pencil; mounting foam tape, dots or squares; and a scoring tool/bone folder. If you don’t already have these items they may be purchased in the store. It is also recommended that each individual bring colored pencils or markers. All items should be labeled with your name or identifying mark. Any additional needed material will be listed in class description.

We have a drawing at the end of each calendar quarter to award a gift card to one class participant. The gift card awarded will be $25.00 if we have from 25 to 49 students, $50.00 if we have 50 to 74 students, $75.00 if we have 75 to 99 students, and $100.00 if we have 100 or more students. Each time you take one of our classes you will receive an entry in the drawing and our total student count is increased by one.

CARNATION CARD HOLDER - MAR 22 (THU)
Come and join Peggy O'Connell. She will show you how to punch up a carnation using McGill punches and then use it to adorn a card holder box.

JOURNEY ALBUM - MAR 28 (WED)
Join Peggy O'Connell to make this cute little mini album. You will be using the Tim Holtz Movers and Shapers die-cuts from Sizzix and the Zutter Bind-it-All to make this project.

Join the fun and create a lovely, unique keepsake album as individual as the memories that will be stored inside. Laure Janus will help you think (or jump) outside of the box while sharing lots of ideas and techniques. You will leave this class with a stunning album, tons of inspiration, and a whole new way of looking at everyday items. All supplies are included, but students should bring their basic paper crafting kit, including: glue stick, tape runner, scor tape and mod podge. Students may want to bring the following optional items: personal photos/ephemera, decorative tape, ribbons/fibers, any other items you use frequently or would like to include in your album.

We will be making four cards using stamps that were selected one of our customers. We’ll be playing with COPIC markers, embossing, color pencils, die-cuts, and punches. Come and join Peggy O'Connell.
